In todays working environment there are many of us who work all hours of the day. This can often be detrimental to mental health and productivity in the long term.
The Teams Mobile app from Microsoft has a Quiet Hours feature that allows you to take control of your out of hours workload and set aside hours or days where you will not receive any notifications.
Access your notification setting within the mobile client to find the Quiet Hours options.
Once the option has been enabled you can set whatever hours of the day you would like to yourself.
Or even schedule entire days.
Once you have enabled this feature you will no longer receive notifications during the periods you have set and you can turn the feature off again at any time.
