Ahead of their Inspire Conference in Las Vegas, Microsoft have published figures surrounding their DAU ( Daily Active Users ) stats for Teams. With it, they have decided to go all out and show the head to head figures with Slack.

In their recent Blog Post Microsoft also state that more than 19 million people use it weekly. With availability in 53 languages across 181 markets.
The signs are that Teams is set to dominate the collaborative work space given its huge adoption in such a relatively short space of time when compared to the likes of Slack.
But this market is fast paced and ever changing. A year from now things can look very different but also in their blog Microsoft announced a string of new features being added to their flagship application.
This has come at the just the right time for them to drop the mic and kick off their Inspire Conference with gusto..
